We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. To start a return, there are two options:

(1) Log in to your account and navigate to your order, then select "Request Return". We will review your request ASAP and if approved, you will receive an email containing your return label.

(2) Send us an email at hello@shopmaccollection.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.

 

Store credit will be issued via email once we receive your return.

Clothing items may be returned within 30 days of receiving order for store credit only. To return an item from an online order for store credit, you must ship the item within 30 days of the date the item arrived to you. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Final sale items include sale items or items purchased at a discount of 30% or more, jewelry/eyewear/hair accessories, bodysuits, and bralettes/bramis, seasonal items, beaded purse straps, fragrance items, and cosmetic items. Returned items must have original tag still attached. Returned items must be unwashed and unworn. Items that appear to be worn, have stains or pet hair, etc. may not be returned.

 Holiday Return Policy:

At MAC Collection, we understand that holiday shopping is all about spreading joy and finding the perfect gifts for your loved ones. To make your holiday shopping experience even better, we are pleased to announce our extended return policy for the festive season!

Return Window Details: Any items purchased after November 1, 2025 can be returned for store credit through January 15, 2026. This means you have plenty of time to ensure that gifts are just right, whether they’re for family, friends, or yourself!

Returnable Items: Items that are normally final sale remain final. Please note that all returnable items must be in their original condition and packaging, with any tags still attached. For complete details on our returnable items, please refer to our standard return policy.

We love being able to offer you FIRST dibs on some of our best selling styles on our Preorder Page! Before ordering, please note the estimated time of arrival (ETA) next to the size you are ordering. If there is no ETA next to the size and it is not sold out, it is ready to ship and we will process your order as soon as you place it!

Shipping: Please note: all items in your order will ship together once the Preorder item(s) arrive. If you'd like your in-stock items to ship right away, we kindly ask that you place a separate order for those pieces. This applies to all shipping methods, including Express.

Returns & Cancellations: We do our best to work with you if you change your mind on an order & we understand things happen! Please keep in mind that our return and exchange policy is 30 days from the date the item is delivered to you for store credit only. However, if you change your mind on an item you placed for preorder, full refunds will be honored ONLY in the event that the item is running behind from the ETA at the time of purchase. 

Estimated arrival dates: Please note that these dates are the dates they are expected to arrive TO US, but more often than not, they will arrive well before these dates. Please also keep in mind that we have very little control over when these items come to us, as we already have them on order but they could be running behind in manufacturing.
